How do I edit a goal or task?

Due dates are entered in slightly different ways depending on which goal it task level you are on. For goals, you can only enter a year. For projects, you can enter a year and semester (which can stand in for another marker like quarters). For activities, you can enter a year, semester, or month. For actions, you can enter a year, semester, month and week. For inches, you can enter a year, semester, month, week, and day. For the time increments like semester and week, you will need to enter those in a way that makes sense as the app will not monitor them for you.

How do I create a Battle Plan?

The app actually creates a Battle Plan for you. When you click the time period that interests you, the app collects the tasks that fit that period so you can get a long—or short-term view of your current and future tasks.

How can I see something I marked as complete?

If you search for a goal or task, it will appear in your results, even if you marked it complete. You can then unmark it if that works for you.

How do I edit a sphere or task category?

In the goal and task details, you can tap create new in the sphere or task category in the drop-down menus to create a new one. You can also go into the tools menu, go into sphere or task category and create a new one there. You can also see how many goals and tasks you already have in each category.
